Day 3 and doing good

Okay, I'm on day 3 of my new weight loss journey. I didn't weigh myself until last night because I was running late both mornings. I stopped at Wal-Mart yesterday afternoon between shifts and picked up a new scale, it keeps track of your weight and you can put a goal in it and it will track your loss and how much more you have to lose. It also figures out your BMI.
So let me tell you that my first goal is 30 pounds. I plan on doing induction for Atkins for 2 weeks and then I will wean off of total Atkins, but I will stick with getting rid of the Bad Carbs. I am going to watch what I eat and portion size and just go from there.
I have been drinking only water for the last 3 days. I had a bit of a headache yesterday from going without caffeine and my cokes, but not today. My food journal is out in the car, so I will post what I've eaten later.

Tomorrow, I start!

Ok, so Pam and I from work are starting our weight loss plans tomorrow. We are supposed to keep a journal for each of us to read, so I will do mine here and print it out for her, I guess.

Tonight I am so carb loading. I had queso dip and chips at work before I left. Now I'm drinking cokes for the night.

Tomorrow, I will start logging what I eat and exercise and my weight.
