Exercising!
Monday morning, I was enjoying a lazy morning and was having a hard time getting out of bed to do my Denise Austin workout before getting ready for work. My "stinkin thinkin" had me coming up with all kinds of excuses for not doing it. I didn't give in to them though. I haven't missed a day of exercise yet, and I have been thoroughly enjoying it. I do feel better after working out. Later in the day I received this email with this link:
"The next time you have to get up early to exercise and you just can't find a good enough reason...keep reminding yourself of the 1,000,000 plus people who had a heart attack last year. Then divide that million by 1/2 and that is how many people died as a result of cardiovascular disease. If you want to further increase your odds of not having a heart attack I recommend that you supplement your diet with the proper nutrients..It's your Heart...your Life... your Health...your responsibility and your Decision."
